Whether you are struggling with a life change, grieving a loss, or feel like something is missing in your life, we will tackle it together with empathy, curiosity, and compassion. To help you get the most out of therapy, these sessions are typically weekly.

  • Trying talk therapy for the first time can be daunting. If this is your first time working with a therapist, these sessions are designed to ease you comfortably into the process.
